The Right-to-Repair notice for LifestreamVR was implemented following a recent legal ruling, which requires us to provide users with access to repair options outside of our certified services. While we stand by the quality and safety of our certified repairs, we are obligated to comply with this decision.
Mooncast Productions prides itself on delivering the most advanced neural interface technology available today. The LifestreamVR is not only a gateway to unmatched immersive experiences but also a highly complex piece of machinery that interacts directly with your cognitive pathways. While you have the right to maintain and repair your LifestreamVR, we strongly advise caution. Unauthorized repairs or modifications could lead to unpredictable neural side effects, degraded experiences, or even permanent damage to the system—and, perhaps, your mind.
You have the right to seek repair services from third-party providers, but be warned: LifestreamVR’s connection to your neural pathways is delicate, and unauthorized repairs may interfere with the balance of your immersive experiences. Distorted realities, cognitive feedback loops, and sensory desynchronization are just some of the risks associated with unapproved modifications. Mooncast Productions will not be held responsible for any adverse effects stemming from third-party tampering. Proceed at your own peril.
We do offer access to genuine LifestreamVR parts and tools through our official store, allowing you to perform minor repairs at your discretion. However, improper use of these components can lead to irreparable damage to your device’s neural interface—and possibly to you. The neural link is sensitive, and Mooncast will not be accountable for any malfunctions or side effects resulting from unauthorized self-repairs.
The LifestreamVR’s neural interface is carefully calibrated to ensure a seamless connection between your mind and the virtual world. Any modification to this interface—whether hardware or software—can severely disrupt the experience and, in some cases, may result in permanent cognitive dissonance. Mooncast Productions strongly discourages users from tampering with these settings, as the consequences could extend beyond mere simulation malfunctions.
While the temptation to modify or enhance the software may arise, unauthorized alterations can cause critical desynchronization with Mooncast's servers, leading to unpredictable and possibly dangerous experiences. Modifications that destabilize the connection may result in immediate suspension of service and possible loss of neural coherence during sessions. Be aware: we reserve the right to deactivate any LifestreamVR device running unapproved software, without notice.
If you experience any issues with your LifestreamVR, we urge you to contact us before attempting any repairs or modifications. Our certified technicians are here to ensure that your device—and your mind—remain intact. Remember, the choices you make in maintaining your LifestreamVR may affect more than just your warranty.
