California Consumer Privacy Notice

Effective Date: March 4, 2223

In compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Mooncast Productions offers you, the LifestreamVR user, full transparency and control over your personal neural data. As a California resident, you have certain rights, even in a world where your entertainment is beamed directly into your brain. Rest assured, we respect your privacy, even if the lines between reality and simulation are increasingly blurred.

1. Right to Know What Neural Data We Collect

You have the right to know exactly what neural data we’re collecting during your LifestreamVR experiences. This may include, but is not limited to, cognitive responses, simulated emotional reactions, and engagement metrics. To request access to this data, simply submit a formal inquiry. Once verified through a few brainwave scans, we will compile your neural data into a detailed report. This process may take 30 to 45 business days—after all, processing brainwaves takes time.

2. Right to Delete Your Neural Data

Under the CCPA, you may request the deletion of your neural data at any time. Please note, however, that deleting certain data might affect your LifestreamVR experience, potentially making simulations feel less personal or responsive. We’ll begin deleting your data after verifying your identity via neural imprint validation. Keep in mind, some data may be retained for operational or security purposes, or it may resurface due to synaptic backups.

3. Do Not Sell My Neural Patterns

We fully respect your right to prevent the sale of your personal neural patterns. Should you wish to exercise this right, we will ensure that your neural data is no longer sold to third parties. However, under California law, certain data-sharing activities do not qualify as "selling," and as such, we may continue to share neural patterns with trusted partners to enhance your LifestreamVR experience. Rest assured, all sharing is done in compliance with legal definitions and with your optimal enjoyment in mind.

4. Right to Non-Discrimination

We fully support your right to access all services without discrimination, even if you choose to limit how we use your neural data. Your LifestreamVR experience will remain as engaging as ever—though certain advanced personalization features may be limited, potentially making simulations feel slightly less intuitive or responsive. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain a seamless experience within your chosen privacy settings.

5. Partnering for Enhanced Neural Experiences

As part of our commitment to bringing you the highest quality neural entertainment, we partner with only the most trusted corporations. These partners may assist in improving your immersive experiences and overall neural engagement. While your data may be shared, it will always be done in a manner that prioritizes your satisfaction and compliance with the agreements you accepted during the installation of your brain-jack rig.

6. Contact Us Regarding Your Rights

If you have any questions about your privacy rights under the CCPA, or if you would like to exercise any of your rights, our customer service team is ready to assist. Please be aware that responses may be subject to real-time monitoring, and we appreciate your patience while your request is processed through our neural support system.
